I think I have a slightly different take on the phrase "I was better than I was yesterday, but not as good as I'll be tomorrow" and it might surprise you.
Not sure if it's my lack of a competitive spirit or all the work I have been doing over the past several years, but I think I may be on to something.
Also - I take a little detour to give some of my favorite parenting advice.
